ATTRIBUTES OF THE PROSECUTION SERVICE
President of the Republic of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus, following the article 77 of the Constitution of the republic of Lithuania and article 60 of the Law on Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Lithuania, on 13 December 2004 passed a Decree No. 169 “On Approval of Trapping Standards for Prosecution Officers”, approving:
1) Mantle with a symbol – Coat of Arms of the Republic of Lithuania;
2) Standard of the Prosecutor’s badge;
3) Standard of the 1st class Medal of the Prosecutor’s Badge of Honour “For Merit”;
4) Standard of the 2nd class Medal of the Prosecutor’s Badge of Honour “For Merit”.

On 15 March 2006 Prosecutor General Algimantas Valantinas signed the Order No. I-60 ”On Approval of the Regulations of the Commission for Motivation of Prosecutors by a Badge of Honour and Formation of the Commission for Motivation of Prosecutors by a Badge of Honour”. By this order the Regulations of the Commission for Motivation of Prosecutors by a Badge of Honour were approved and Commission for Motivation of Prosecutors by a Badge of Honour was formed.
