Case of one of the suspects allegedly involved in the murder of the officers of the Republic of Lithuania in Medininkai Customs Post referred to court

Today the prosecutors of the Prosecutor General’s Office have referred the bill of indictment whereby Konstantins Michailovs is charged with the murder of the officers of the Republic of Lithuania who were serving at Medininkai Customs Post on 1991-07-31 related to performance of their official duties (Article 129, Section 2, Subsections 5 and 10 of the Criminal Code) to Vilnius Regional Court.
